I do not recommend Daniel Henry. Dan did not try to get evidence to prove my innocence such as audio, video, dispatch or the 911 phone call even after I asked him to do so. He did not call all available witnesses to testify such as the officer that falsified the police report. Dan completely ignored my side of the story and allowed the police to get away with lying under oath and falsifying documents. Dan destroyed my life and my future.
