If you're offered Mr. Hackenberg as an attorney, run as fast as you can. He's not even worth "free service". He is absolutely incompetent, unprepared, and has no understanding of law whatsoever. He will take what should be a hands down, snowballs chance in h*** case to lose, and find a way to burn you to the ground. He is the sole cause of me losing a PFA and possibly my children and has left me in the most terrified state for my safety and that of my kids. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY! Please, if you care at all about your case stay away from Mr. Hackenberg! He's ruined my life and that of many many others! I'm finding a real attorney that can hopefully clean up this disaster he caused. I wish so badly I would have never trusted him to help my kids and I. Stay away from him. I'm going to contact the bar association to tell them my story. A lawyer this terrible and incapable should not be practicing law.
